This was the first time that I have tried to ship a car. The customer service from Ship-A-Car-Direct was very helpful. The car arrived during the scheduled window of time and there was no damage or problems encountered. it would have been nice if an exact date could have been determined for the pickup and drop-off, but my understanding is that was beyond the control of Ship A Car Direct. Overall, I was very satisfied.
