We were totally impressed by Ship a Car Direct's people and process. They are extremely transparent and communicate status at least daily. We also appreciated their online videos, which clearly demystified the auto transport process (we've never done this before). We had initially tried using an entirely different auto transport broker, who's communication was excellent up until the point we signed the deal. We waited for a week past our "car pickup ready" date with zero communication. We had a time-critical window to get our car shipped before leaving Washington state. We decided to abort after reading negative reviews about our original broker, and so many positive reviews about Ship a Car Direct. That was absolutely the best decision we ever made made. Our car was picked up 3 days later before we had to leave town, and arrived at our destination in perfect condition in record time (cross-country trip from Seattle to New York). The driver also didn't flinch, even though we had loaded up the back seat and trunk with items we wanted to ship in the car (no haggling and no extra fees). We would definitely recommend Ship a Car Direction and would definitely use them again!
