Had an overall good experience with Ship a Car Direct. The whole process of shipping a car cross country can be stressful so they eased that some. They set up the truck driver/company who came to pick up my car. Once the car was picked up, the delivery across country was actually pretty quick and the car arrived a few days prior than expected. There are LOTS of emails that come which can be somewhat excessive and I received emails about getting a quote even after already having my order placed which was frustrating. Eve was my main communication, and she was helpful and easy to get a hold of, but sometimes her tone came off as annoyed when I had questions about the delivery process. Would use them again.
