This was the first time we ever shipped a car, so I didn't know what to expect. Looking back the process went pretty well. The few areas that I was disappointed in was how it was $300 more than originally quoted and told I had to decide yes or no right away if I wanted it done by the carrier that week. Really had no choice at that point. We were also told it would be delivered by a certain day and it ended up being 2 days later. (It took 9 days to get from San Francisco bay area to Denver-It is a 24 hour drive which means they drove about 2 1/2 hours a day) Otherwise, the process was fine. The car was delivered in good condition. That's really all that matters.
