They delivered my car in good condition. It would have been nice had the pick-up date been earlier (was not picked up until 9 days after my car was available) so I wouldn't have had to get a rental car for a week. Actual price was also $250 higher than initially quoted so overall the higher than quoted price and cost of rental car set me back an additional $500.
