Matt with Ship a Card Direct was very helpful and responsive. They provided me with a fair quote and timeline. This is my second time using their services and I am pleased overall. The only reason this is receiving 4 out of 5 stars is because of the actual carrier themselves, Intransit LLC. I set up a pick up date with Matt and said I was going to be contacted the day before. Intransit never called me and I had to reach out to them, in which they picked up my car a couple days later. They said my car will still get to my destination by my desired drop off date, so I was fine with it. The day before my drop off date, I did not receive a phone call from the Instransit and had to reach out to them again. They had my car at the destination in a holding lot outside of the city, but said they couldn't get it to me until two days later. I just found it frustrating that they had my car here for me, but wouldn't deliver it on time. I received my car in the condition I shipped it in, which was great. Besides the lack of communication on Instransit's behalf, I would recommend Ship a Car Direct.
