The process was very easy. Made my request for estimate online, received reply very quickly. The shipper contacted me about 1 week before my preferred shipping date. The pick up date was moved back 2 days because the truck broke down. Once the enclosed truck arrived the driver was very polite. He thoroughly examined the car and documented existing paint chips. He got my car to the delivery location in 8 days. Delivery was quick and easy, no damage to the car was noted (just a little dusty). I would use this service again
