The car was picked up promptly, within three business days after signing the contract. text messaging was used to keep in communication at all times, including JB for pick up day of pick up and several hours before pick up and one hour before pick up. Same text messaging was used by driver for delivery. the driver was excellent- courteous and very competent when removing my bmw with a stick shift from deep in the truck! Impressive.
