I had a very good experience with ship a car direct. The broker is easy to reach and talk with. I waited for 1 week and did not get my car assigned to a driver. Then I called the broker to find out that typically it will wait till within one week of the departure date then a driver will be assigned. So that I change my pick up day. I was asked to add 50 dollars more to match the prices for car transport which I think is reasonable. After that my car was picked up and successfully transported from illinois to CA, no dent no scratch and on time. Nice driver.
