Simple. Stefan was wonderful and prompt with answering all questions by phone and on line and the pickup and delivery was seamless. The app for taking pictures of the car prior to pickup was easy to navigate and thankfully was not needed! My sincerest thanks to everyone who made this new and slightly scary procedure to me as painless and easy as possible.
