Sending a car from La Jolla to Saint Louis seemed daunting, but Ship a Car Direct made it go smoothly and Max and others were patient with my many questions. From the first, the explanations of both the process and the costs were clear, and they seemed genuinely concerned that I know exactly what to do and what they would do. Unlike the many other shippers who contacted me, they were not aggressive, but considerate and responsive. I wish more companies showed their outstanding approach to service. Thank you all.
