Eve is very friendly and easy to work with. She is transparent and helpful regarding shipping fees. The hauler was friendly. They ended up delivering the car a few days before the contracted date. Therefore, they provided a small discount for the inconvenience.
I have used ShipACar Direct for two cross country moves and have never had any major issues and the customer service was always good.
