I was satisfied with the overall service. No major surprises, no delays, and when the shipper decided to cancel on me, ship-a-car direct found an alternative within 48 hours. They were responsive, maybe too emails saying the same thing. Most were system generated but that is fine. Finally, the price is a bit excessive, in my view, for a 3-day trip.
