I had never shipped a car before, so I was nervous about the whole process, but their website explained everything in great detail and an easy-to-understand way, so I had minimal questions. The questions that remained were easily answered by the rep I spoke with, Gabe, when I called. He was super friendly and helpful. When a week had gone by without a carrier committing to pick up my car, I called him and we changed the dropoff location to another area, closer to more interstates. It was then picked up within a day. Gabe was always available via phone or email, even after hours. The driver who dropped off my car was professional, and it arrived in good condition. The company sent multiple emails throughout the entire process to make sure I was kept informed. I would use this company again.
