My experience was pretty positive with Ship A Car Direct. There were a few things, my initial quote was higher than what I had expected, and once questioned, they did not hesitate to drop my quote by $100. So, this was nice, but why not give me the best price possible initially. SACD connected me with a driver quickly, and then their work was done. They collected a someone hefty fee for the labor required, but I suppose that's all part of the industry. They remained pretty well connected through the shipment process, but I never had to reach out for an issue. My car ended up being delivered 2 days after the expected delivery, so I did accumulate some costs in this interim as I still had to commute to work. But, I understand this is not SACD's fault as much as it was the driver they put me in contact with. Overall, I am pleased with the way things went with SACD and I would recommend friends use this service for a similar move.
