The staff at ship cars direct are great! They made it very easy to get the car shipped across country. They always returned my calls and emails. The trucking company that was hired to ship the car was showing a delay in getting the car to me. I called ship cars direct and the car showed up a day early. The issue we had was with the trucking company and the condition of the car when it arrived. It was covered in a thick layer of oil which would not come off after several washes. Apparently, it was positioned on the truck near where the exhaust comes out of the truck. Ship cars direct is helping me now with the claim to the trucking company so they can help with the cost of getting the oil off the car.
