It is my first time with Ship A Car Direct. It went well. All agents are really friendly and helpful. They are willing to help you with all your questions so not afraid to speak up and they will work with your requests and provide meaningful suggestions. Also, they offered an app to help you with your car shipment which is a really nice idea. However, the app sometimes actives weird. I felt it preformed smoothly with wifi rather than cellphone signals. Overall, I had a good experience with them and would like to consider them again in the future.
