The entire process with Ship a Car from initial call to the delivery of our car (shipped from Connecticut to Los Angeles) was clear, smooth, and efficient. From the beginning, "John" outlined how the process would work , what the timing would be, what the cost would be, etc. and all of that information turned out to be entirely correct. There were no unpleasant surprises along the way. The driver who was contracted for the haul was friendly, reliable and responsive to communication. When I first started to investigate vehicle shipping services, I read about all sort of unpleasant experiences that people had. It appears that there are many disreputable companies out there. Fortunately, I took the time to find the company (Ship a Car) that was highly rated by users - and it turns out that those high ratings are well deserved.
