My company used Ship-a-Car-Direct (SACD) to find the best transport from Boston to Atlanta.
Scott from SACD stayed in contact with me via email in the run up to my car being picked up. The mobile app was very useful in taking "before" photographs of the car and sending them to SACD.
Jason Ricketts from Ricketts Transportation contacted me day before pick up and we arranged a time. He was very clear and consistent in his communication. The car arrived 1.5 days later in Atlanta.
Overall, a very smooth and painless experience.
