I had to ship a car from New York City to Las Vegas. I explored several brokers, and was deciding between Amerifreight and Ship-a-car Direct. Ultimately, John's willingness to personally help and make the process understandable influenced my decision. The price for each was the same, but Ship-a-car Direct offered additional discounts. The process was easy, the app worked well, and the emails and other communications sent throughout the process were reassuring. For someone who was not familiar with the car shipping process, this was about as easy as it comes.
