I had my car shipped from North Carolina to Colorado and then I encountered an unforeseen schedule change. The carrier kindly helped me store the car safely in their parking lot for more than a week and my agent Scott patiently helped me schedule another shippment and have my car safely delivered to the final destination. I really appreciate their service and patience with me along the way.
