I was apprehensive about the process since I had never purchased a car in another state and had it shipped to my home state before, but the on-line registration process was easy and the Ship-A-Car-Direct customer service representatives were very helpful. The driver/courier (who I eventually met upon delivery) was also very courteous and polite. My car was transported in an enclosed carrier with a nearly mint condition 1960's Ford Fairlane being shipped overseas to Sweden, so the driver was extra careful! I also received a very reasonable shipment rate as compared to other car transport companies (especially since my car was delivered in an enclosed carrier).
