Poor Communication

The good news: the car finally arrived in good condition. The bad news: I had no idea what was going on until the truck showed up -- at 9:30 at night (forced to use a flashlight for doing the inspection) a day and a half after it was scheduled to arrive. In fact, at the time I was assured by the broker it would be at my home, the driver revealed he hadn't even left the dealership in the state it was coming from. And the carrier office? No response for days to repeated requests for information. When you've paid in full for a car out of state and can't get anyone to give you honest information, or even bother to respond at all, it doesn't exactly inspire confidence. Pass on these guys.

It looks like we gathered the info for you and sent it to you by text, but perhaps the driver did not do the best with communicating after that. Glad to know that your car arrived in good condition.
