Matt & other Ship A Car Direct employees very communicative throughout the whole process. Overall good experience with Platinum Ship, with one hiccup! Planned pick up/delivery delayed two days due to original driver assigned to us getting injured. Luckily our dates were flexible and all turned out fine. Everyone at Platinum Ship tried their best to be as accommodating as possible due to the circumstances. We interacted with Sierra, Scott & Fred; they were all very professional and great representatives of their company.
