Getting a quote and booking a transport was super easy and shipacardirect phone support was very friendly and helpful. Actual shipper was A&Sons Express Inc who were fine in one call, but actually rude in another one (younger sounding guy with heavy Indian accent) by saying things in an annoyed tone like “I already told you...” when I tried to clarify the schedule. Fortunately, the A&Sons driver was courteous and professional on pickup and delivery.
