I have read a lot of reviews before i chose ship a car direct. our car is not most expensive one but its like our baby and we don't want any damage during the relocation process.I reviewed top rated ones. To be honest, ship a car direct is not on the top list at all. but from Yelp, whose reviews i trust a lot, more people made comments about the company, of course including good bad ones, to me, more important thing i see is that the customer service staff responded in time with very honest attitude and he almost responded to every reviewer, thank those who wrote good review and try to find a better solutions for the angry ones.This impressed me. I even checked the glassdoor how employees evaluate their own company, and i see feedback are positive ones like " less stressful working environment"and the company is "Honest". this made me to put my bet on it. I contacted the company to get a quote via online chat, the quote was lower than a couple of other companies( one charged higher price but with very bad reviews on google, the other one has alomost 5 stars reviews but price is $300 higher than this one). I was still a little worried because of pics on yelp ppl showed in the past. what you can do, you take risk no matter which company you choose. I set the required pick up dates and arriving dates very tight( it was from TEXAS to east coast).John was the one contacted me almost immediately and told me my car can be picked up the next day,which was even faster than i had planned( it worked for me since i was already waiting at the other side). and he also mentioned the driver and his company is very reliable and has a lot of auto relocation experience. these words definitely made me feel i have made the right choice. it turned out my car was the last loading on the giant "truck" but the first one to drop off. I "met" it in two days!! FedEx speed, isnot it? no damage at all, not even any scratches. therefore, based on my experience, i highly recommend this company. just choose this company and you should stay "worry-free". every department works nicely together. i have received email from " damage girl" to ask me download their app and upload pre-pick-up pics in case any claim later... also i received msg asking if my car has been picked up/ dropped off. everyone from company responses pretty fast just by email communication, especially John, super fast to reply my emails and voice msg. thanks God i made the right choice. hope this review will help you to make decision. by the way, the shipping method i chose was "uncovered", which is faster and cheaper. it may also depend on the seasons. my shipping time was the week before memorial long wkd.
