When I first started looking for car carriers I was bombarded with phone calls, emails, and texts. It was overwhelming and bothersome. Would I have to change my number??? I just stopped looking for a while. When I tried again, I thought I’d be more specific in my searches. That’s how I found ship a car direct. I contacted them and to my surprise, they did not bombard my phone with calls or fill my inbox with messages. They were professional and every question I had was on the FAQ page along with a video. Along with the already great reviews i enjoyed their transparency about the process. During the shipping process, they were quick to show me all the different ways I can get ahold of them and my driver. Adrian, the driver, was very nice and even sent my dad a picture on the car on the trailer. He answered my texts promptly and even dropped off the car earlier than anticipated. I am very happy with this process.
