We had a really positive experience with Ship A Car Direct. We didn't have a vendor placed until very close out our earliest ship by date, but Ship a Car was great at keeping the lines of communication open. The vendor that bid our project was a bit higher than our initial quote, but Ship a Car adjusted their fees to make sure that the increase was not only felt by us as the customers. The vehicle was picked up on time, and the communication directly with the vendor was good. The vehicle was delivered 3 days earlier than the earliest delivery date, which worked out OK for us because we had someone there to sign for the vehicle, but I could see how that might be a challenge for someone with less flexibility. Car was delivered in the same condition it was picked up in - no damage or issues at all.
