When I called Scott to discuss the details of the car shipment, he was very friendly and answered all of my questions. The provided pickup and drop-off estimates were accurate (i.e. no unexpected delays). The only reason I did not rate this a full 5 stars is because the process of marking the Bill of Lading with any scratches/dents in the car was not really done upon drop-off. So I didn't get a chance to check for any new damages before they left, but I didn't notice anything afterwards so it's fine. But had there been some new damages, that would have been unprofessional on their part! Overall, the service was good and I would use them again if needed.
