Overall, the service was amazing. Here's what you should know that I didn't when I booked the service. -- You have to pay the Delivery Driver in Cash ON DELIVERY - Sometimes Ship-a-car can take the payment on your card on the company's behalf, but at a 5% service fee (I was moving as part of a corpoirate relo and didn't have a travel advance, so the 5% wasn't insignificant.) - Good to know this ahead of time. Ship-a-car takes a broker's fee and the shipper takes a fee, these are split up. It was confusing at the beginning. My experience was amazing, they were incredibly responsive to my questions and the shipper delivered many days ahead of the estimate. I'm definitely a satisfied customer.
