From start to finish, these guys kept their word. They are also not high-pressure sales people. I was given a quote, which was far below (about $395 less than the carrier the car dealership referred me to) John, the service representative, was very professional, knowledgable, and courteous. He understands that it's not everyday someone has a car shipped across the country, so he patiently answered every question until I understood the process completely. This company also quickly responds to texts and emails--which is not something most customers have come to expect these days. The carrier also worked with me about choosing a drop off location, since an 18-wheel semi-truck can't just park anywhere in San Francisco. He said he'd arrive at 3:00pm and showed up nearly on the dot. Everything was in order and the post-deliver inspection checked out. I signed the delivery receipt and drove away with my new car! I'd definitely use this company again and would have no problem recommending them to friends or family. Thanks everyone at Ship-A-Car-Direct!!
