Overall it was a very good experience...the only part I didn't like was when I was told it would be one price and then later when the transporter was identified, I was told it would be $50 more; that's a small amount to be concerned about in comparison to the total amount we paid for the cross country transport, but it was more the principle of the thing...changing the price like that just kind of made me come away with a bad feeling; other than that, everything went very smooth from the beginning of the process to the very end when the car was delivered and unloaded on the street where we live...
