I was extremely nervous about shipping my car since in the past I had a horrible experience . The person Renee who I worked with was reassuring and explained everything to me about the process. I was given a window of three days for my pick up . When the second day was ending I began to panic and made a call to Renee who once again was reassuring and gave me the emergency number to contact if need be . I did contact the number and was given precise information and contact information. My car was delivered to my home a day earlier than expected . I would absolutely use again and highly recommend!
