Shipping a car should be this painless, especially when you're excitedly anticipating a new ride from across the coast you've purchased sight unseen. In particular, Scott was great both of the phone and was in touch nearly daily to make sure I was kept informed of carrier assignment and progress. The carrier J-Rom had a great driver who was meticulous in inspection and careful with loading a car with limited clearance. Car delivered earlier and waited for me at home while I was at kids baseball. Kudos!
