I worked with John at Ship-A-Car Direct and he was excellent. Other support staff also kept me abreast as to pickup, delivery, how to take pictures of car, and how to claim damage if any occurred. There was NO DAMAGE to car. Carrier hired by John was gracious, and very competent. Overall, a great experience. Thank you to all!
