Ship a Car Direct provided a very good customer service that is easy to reach and always helpful in answering questions, following up dispatching drivers and shipment. All conditions were told in advance and no surprise during shipment. Their contracted drivers were kind and efficient. Picking-up and delivery were two different drivers and they only took us 10-15 min. No hassle. No extra charge. Everything was as told and expected.
