Matt allayed any fears that I had about shipping my deceased sister's car from Texas to upstate New York. Another sister was the executor but she had a short window in Austin before she had to return to Idaho. Just when I felt that I might have to fly down and drive the car home, Matt found a carrier. Although it was fifty dollars more than the latest quote (I asked for a quote soon after my sister's passing in July), I was pleased not to have to make the drive myself. The vehicle arrived earlier than we thought and the carrier even instructed me on how to operate the unfamiliar car. By the way, when we did not have a carrier locked down and Matt could sense my panic, he gave me a choice to cancel the contract. Surprisingly, that was very calming. Please give Matt kudos from me.
