After signing up, Stefan informed me he would try to have the pick up scheduled within a week. Six days later the vehicle was picked up and a week after that it was delivered. I was thoroughly informed by Stefan as to how the process worked and the coordination with the courier and how they operated as well. The vehicle arrived safe and sound, no damage and no extra miles on it. All in all it was a good job done.
