While Ship a Car Direct (SACD) does not actually do the transport, as soon as my initial payment was made they set to work finding a transport company and providing me with all the information I needed on the process. Within hours I had a confirmation of my carrier and soon after a pick-up date for my car shipment. Also, I didn't need to contact SACD for any issues or concerns during the process but I did feel that they would have been available and responsive to the needs of a customer. At the end of it all, my transport company arrived VERY quickly with my car, in the condition if left, and all went very smoothly...thanks to all parties involved.
