Wonderful experience from beginning to end. It was quick and easy to get a quote. The quote did not change. There was enough, but not too much, communication. I LOVED having a customer service person assigned to me that was easy to get a hold of when needed-- which was hardly ever since they have their system honed. The car transport service that they used was well vetted. His estimates for pick-up and delivery were accurate. My car arrived in the same condition as when it was picked up. If ever I have to ship a car again, I would use them again in a heartbeat.
