I stumbled upon Ship a Car Direct while performing a quick google search of auto transport companies. The process was easy on my end. The only issue I had was with the pick up of my car and how the carrier, for some reason, didn't have our information. Apparently this was due to Ship a Car Direct sharing information with the carrier through email as opposed to calling the carrier directly. The carrier actually hadn't checked their email to see that my car was due to be picked up the next day and if I hadn't called to see what was going on, the carrier likely wouldn't have picked my car up on the date provided. I didn't think much of it--after I called the carrier they worked with me and it all worked out just fine.
