David at Ship A Car Direct was wonderful! He answered all of my questions before the move, and provided several useful links to information. He instructed me to call 2-3 days before I wqnted the car picked up. I called on a Monday, knowing that I wanted the car picked up by Friday at the latest. The car was picked up on Friday, and it worked out great because I did not need to rent a car. The estimated delivery date was one week later on a Friday, but the car was delivered two days early on Wednesday - AWESOME! I was so happy I gave the driver a big bonus! So thank you David, this was a great experience and I highly recommend your service!
