I would like to thank you so much for Jennifer's hard working for my car shipping so that almost everything meets the target. Jennifer is a excellent communicator.She told you everything in advance and she is very professional and very honest. I checked a lot of car shipping companies and only Jennifer made me feel very confident about my order.
The only issue is the communication with the driver. He just talked about the thing he concerned and it seems that he didn't care about his customer. For example,he told me to text me 1 hours before picking up my car, but finally he parked in a far outlet and told me 20 minutes to get there. I asked him why he didn't let me know 1 hours early but he ignored everything he didn't care. I hope in the future you can find driver who is responsible and take care of customers.
