I was at a Marriott resort location and was concerned about how the carrier would have access to the resort grounds -- this a great concern because access to the grounds is very limited especially for large transport trucks. Luckily, I was able to coordinate the carrier transport driver directly with the security officer at the Marriott. This allowed for carrier to locate the car and also to get the car keys directly from the Marriott security officer -- not an easy task .
