Everything great on the Ship a Car Direct side of the process. The actual shipper was a bit difficult in terms of communication, hence the 4 star rating. Not really the fault of Ship a Car Direct since they are brokers and not having full control can introduce some risk in the process. I would definitely use Ship a Car Direct again since their service was great, and the reality is that any broker is going to have that same risk.
