Would use again. The carrier wanted to pick up one day early and I pushed back since I still needed the car, so I called my shipacardirect contact and she took care of that right away. Pickup was as scheduled but my boyfriend had to drive it to a nearby dealership since the trailer couldn’t get through smaller streets near his place. But they paid for the Uber for him to go home after dropping off the car. Now the car was estimated to arrive on a Thursday and I gave no restrictions on when to deliver. I basically gave them the same date for earliest pick up and earliest delivery. However I was planning to receive it on Thursday. The following Monday, before I got my money from the bank, I got a text from the carrier saying he would like to deliver my car in the afternoon. I was not prepared but it was technically after the date that I said would be OK to drop off. I asked if there was any way he could deliver it the next day and he agreed without giving me any trouble. Thank you!
