I went to SACD after supposedly-solid plans with a popular transporter fell through completely, delaying my plans to ship my new car from Missouri to Texas.
I called SACD the same morning and spoke with Scott, who laid out the simple steps clearly. One day after calling and paying the deposit, my car was picked up, and 2 days later it was in my driveway.
I appreciated that SACD never altered (or mysteriously "recalculated") their prices after I was given the definite numbers. The transporter who moved my car was almost ridiculously conscientious, and delivered my car without a scratch. As a first-timer to this, I'm happy with the way things turned out.
