Overall experience was good. We actually received the car a day earlier than planned which was nice. The cost ended up being $50 more than quoted due to our pickup location but in the grand scheme of things it was not that big of a deal. The automated communications were good at letting us know what to expect and phone and non-automated emais were prompt and courteous.
