Matt was excellent to help me in the beginning to explain how the process works. The weeks leading up he was very on top of communications with me keeping me up to date on when the carrier was selected and will be there. Once I got a confirmed date I specifically worked with the carrier from there to which there was a tad bid miscommunication but all in all I only waited 1 extra day for my vehicle which for me worked as my dates were slightly flexible. WOULD recommend to others.
