I own an Audi R8 and was very nervous about shipping it, but the Ship a car Direct rep was very nice and their email communication with videos were very good. The trucking company showed up and Mark took very good care of pulling it in and making sure all was good. Took pics and he went around the car with me and pointed things out and marked them down. He stayed in communication with me as it got closer to delivery. Upon delivery Mark used the same respect and care of my car. I couldn’t be happier. I was just expecting something to happen, but it didn’t. Thank you!
